Well at the the moment it is just myself doing the buying, baking and the selling. I have had much help from very dear friends. You know who you are  :)

Karen The Fruitcake	Until the professional photographers arrive. Any day now we will be using the photos that best represent our postion within this major business concern. I am of course the fruitcake of the operation or 'the general' as I have been known in previous jobs.
James Grumblin Muffin	The technical nerd in the background who looks after all the horrible business stuff not in the kitchen we shall call the 'Grumblin Muffin'
